Fayo Williams is Masters Degree holder in Pharmacy, Managing Consultant of Simply Exponential Consult Ltd. (owners of Exponential Hub), Fellow, Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria, Fellow,International Management Consultants Board (FIMCB®), a graduate of the DO TAKE ACTION – UNWOMEN Affirmative Procurement Course (2023) and recipient of the Fate Foundation Volunteer of the Year Award, 2023.

Fayo Williams is currently serving as Regional Expert in the Strengthening NDC Financing by GIZ,Implemented by GreenTec Capital Partners, Frankfurt, Germany.

Won a good number of grants from leading National & International Agencies such as DEEPEN/UKAid, SHE WORKS HERE Accelerator, Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) and the United States African Development Foundation (USADF) between 2019 - 2023
Secured the “Driving Access to Financial Inclusion (DAFIM)” Grant implemented by Innovation Support Network (ISN) Hubs and supported by Ford Foundation for the training of 2,347 women and youths in 2024
Also won Grants from LSETF-USADF and FATE Foundation in 2024 Also suffered the pain of rejection sometimes!!
In terms of her track record, she has trained and mentored executives, entrepreneurs and youths in various sectors and was also a Coach in the Afrilabs African Union - African Governance Architecture (AGA) Virtual Acceleration Program for selected participants of the Youth Innovation Challenge in Democracy and Governance in Africa where her two mentees were amongst the top 5 awardees (see https://twitter.com/AfriLabs/status/1337368464303005702?s=08). Fayo Williams is a Learning and Development Specialist (LDS) and has served as Facilitator at AfriLabs Hubs Learning Week Series, physical workshops and content developer in the Afrilabs Capacity Building Programme funded by the Agence Française de Développement (AFD). She is also a Certified Vocational Education Trainer with skills in developing Competence – based curricula and a World Bank trained business development service provider (BDSP)
She was appointed into the Ministerial Focal Group on the establishment of the Nigeria Youth Investment Fund (NYIF) on the 17th of August. 2020 (https://www.premiumtimesng.com/news/more-news/408149-ministry-sets-up-focal-group- for-yo uth-investment-fund.html) and has over 30 years executive level experience as an entrepreneur spanning Business Management, Public – Private Partnership, Training and Consultancy.
She served as pioneer Director, Innovation Support Network (ISN) Hubs, Nigeria, previously served as Council Member, Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) and has won numerous Grants and Awards including SHE Works here COVID-19 Recovery Technical Assistance Grant supported by the United States African Development Foundation and two tranches of Grants from Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF) in partnership with United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and United States African Development Foundation (USADF).
