Vice President for Information Technology, Hampton UniversityDr. Adebisi Oladipupo, earned his Doctor of Science (Sc.D., 1987) and Masters of Science (S.M, 1984) degrees in Materials Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) and the Bachelors of Science degree in Engineering Physics (Materials Science) in 1980 from the University of Ife, Nigeria. He also received a certificate in Higher Education Management from Harvard University (2006). Dr. Oladipupo is a certified mobile application developer and a certified IT service management professional (ITIL). He has designed, developed, and implemented computer applications for self-paced learning and distance learning as a faculty. He is a co-author of three (3) engineering textbooks in Computer-Aided Design and has published and presented his work at national conferences. He has served as a technical reviewer for the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of Education (DoEd), and the U.S. Department of Commerce. He has consulted for companies such as International Business Machines (IBM), Lucent Technologies, and Motorola, Inc. in the area of pervasive computing, wireless navigation systems, and mobile smart agent development. He was one of twenty-six (26) scientists and engineers selected nationwide to serve as a member of an inaugural NSF Advisory Board on Cyber infrastructure. He is a winner of the Thurgood Marshall Technology and Communications Leadership award. Dr. Oladipupo is currently serving as Professor of Engineering and the Vice President for Information Technology at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia. Prior to joining the Hampton University family, he worked at Morgan State University as the Vice President for Technology & CIO for nine (9) years and Norfolk State University, Norfolk Virginia as the inaugural Vice President for Research & Technology for seven (7) years and then as the Chief Information Officer for another four (4) years. Prior to joining Norfolk State University, he worked at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia for thirteen (13) years where he progressed through the ranks becoming the Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering & Technology. He took a leave of absence in 2008 to serve as the Chief Technology Advisor to the Governor of Rivers State Government of Nigeria. He provided oversight on the development and design of a Science and Technology Innovation Park (Innovation Park@Rivers). This park envisioned diversification of the state’s economy from oil and gas into technology. The breadth and depth of Dr. Oladipupo’s knowledge, experience, skills and expertise endow him a unique perspective on how to create and grow a first-class program and build meaningful and sustainable relationships with others.

Bisi is a seasoned economist who holds both his first Degree and master’s degree in economics from the University of Lagos. He is a Council Member and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers (ACS) Nigeria. He is also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers (ACIB) Nigeria, and a fellow of the London-based Leadership for Environment and Development where he has been involved in developing initiatives in the areas of business and investment sustainability.
Career wise, Bisi has notably held several managerial and leadership positions in the finance sector. He was a Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of FBN Securities Limited (the stockbrokerage business of First Bank of Nigeria Plc), and prior to this, he was the Head, Funds Asset Management of FBN Capital Limited, with responsibilities for FBN Heritage Fund and principal investment.
Bisi has an extensive experience in the provision of investment advisory, strategy, personal finance, economic research, stock brokerage and portfolio management.
An articulate system thinker, who combines rich understanding of economics with investment, Bisi has featured at several C-level corporate events speaking on a broad range of topics across corporate restructuring, equity investing, strategy formulation and corporate motivation.

Iyinoluwa Samuel Aboyeji OON, born March 28, 1991, is a renowned Nigerian entrepreneur celebrated for his influential role in Africa's tech and business sectors. As the co-founder of Andela and Flutterwave, Aboyeji has reshaped the global tech and payments landscape. His innovative work earned him a spot among New African magazine's Top 100 most influential Africans in 2019.
Aboyeji’s education began at Loyola Jesuit College, followed by studies at Columbia International College. He completed his bachelor’s degree in International and Legal Studies at the University of Waterloo and International Development at St. Jerome's.
In 2014, he co-founded Andela, connecting African software developers with global companies; in 2016, he co-founded Flutterwave. Under his leadership, Flutterwave grew rapidly, processing over $2 billion in transactions annually and attracting major investors like Y Combinator and Mastercard.
He currently serves as the General Partner and Co-Founder of Future Africa, which supports mission-driven innovators with capital, coaching, and community. His prior roles include advising Africa Angels Network (now CRE VC) and serving as Deputy Director-General for Oby Ezekwesili’s 2019 presidential campaign. Aboyeji also co-founded and chairs Talent City Inc., focusing on creating innovative business environments.

Olatunji Ajani is executive director for 1 Million Cups and Kauffman FastTrac®. Ajani brings a wealth of experience in inclusive entrepreneurship and venture development to his role. As executive director, Ajani provides strategic leadership needed to increase access to entrepreneurial education, tools, and resources for entrepreneurs across the nation.
Prior to joining the Kauffman Foundation, Ajani served as the West Africa regional lead for the Aspen Network of Development Entrepreneurs at the Aspen Institute, collaborating with global entrepreneurship ecosystem development leaders to build diverse and inclusive entrepreneurship ecosystems across the region and globally. He also worked as impact network lead, engineering for One Planet at the Lemelson Foundation, collaborating with diverse leaders across the U.S. to drive the inclusion of sustainability in engineering education.
Earlier in his career, Ajani worked as a strategy and business development consultant in three different consulting firms, helping hundreds of entrepreneurs start and grow their businesses. A graduate of Agronomy in 2011 and a Teach with Africa Fellow (South Africa) in 2015, he has a knack for bridging the seeming divide between diverse disciplines. In 2019, he was recognized by YNaija in its New Establishment List for his work in underserved communities and he has been featured in other local and global media.
As an ecosystem builder, he has resourced and mentored hundreds of entrepreneurs and tech talents in conjunction with local and global organizations including AfriLabs, Eridan Group, StudentBuild, GDG, Startup Grind, Hult Foundation, GIZ, Atos, and Impact Hub among others.
In 2021, he became a Branches Worldwide Leader and a We Will Lead Africa Fellow and in 2022, he became a Butterfly Works-certified Design Thinking Mentor.

Experienced Chief Executive Officer with a demonstrated history of working in the research industry. Skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Microsoft Word, Molecular Biology, Cell Culture, and Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR). Strong business development professional who graduated from the Ladoke Akintola University of Technology.
His primary research focuses on infectious diseases caused by RNA viruses, molecular epidemiology/surveillance, diagnosis, pathogenesis, molecular immunology, viral immunology and oncology, viral computational biology, antiviral resistance, and antibiotics resistance. Also into interspecies transmission dynamics of emerging infectious diseases particularly those caused by RNA viruses. His research is directed towards uncovering how host immune pressure and transmission affect the genetic diversity of RNA viruses with the application of molecular biology, bioinformatics, and immunoinformatics.

His primary research focuses on infectious diseases caused by RNA viruses, molecular epidemiology/surveillance, diagnosis, pathogenesis, molecular immunology, viral immunology and oncology, viral computational biology, antiviral resistance, and antibiotics resistance. Also into interspecies transmission dynamics of emerging infectious diseases particularly those caused by RNA viruses. His research is directed towards uncovering how host immune pressure and transmission affect the genetic diversity of RNA viruses with the application of molecular biology, bioinformatics, and immunoinformatics.
He received a research grant from CDC through IRR during his Ph. D. studies. Prior to joining public service, his experience cuts across technology, media and entertainment. He founded Orb Solutions, a full-service technology company that specializes in the areas of managed technology services, IT support as well as web and mobile app development. He also founded West Midlands CBT Ltd., a technology services company in 2013 which conducts examinations for Nigeria’s premier University - the University of Ibadan, National Open University of Nigeria, JAMB amongst others. Bayo made a pivot into the media/entertainment space, and co-founded two radio stations, Splash FM and Lagelu FM with a combined daily listenership of about 2.5 million people. He continues to serve as a director on the board of these radio stations.
In 2019, Bayo was appointed Special Assistant to the Oyo State Governor on Information Communications Technology and E-Governance. Stephen Olatunde Olabiyisi is a Professor of Computer Science in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria. He received B. Tech., M.Tech and PhD degrees in Applied Mathematics from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria, in 1999, 2001 and 2006 respectively. He also received an M.Sc. degree in Computer Science from the University of Ibadan, Ibadan, Nigeria in 2003.
He began his career in Computer Science at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, Nigeria where he joined the Department as a Graduate Assistant in 2000. He rose through the Rank of Assistant Lecture in 2002, Lecturer II in 2004, Lecturer I in 2005, Senior Lecturer in 2007 and Associate Professor (Reader) in 2010 to become Professor of Computer Science in 2013.
Prof Olabiyisi is a Member of many notable professional bodies. He has extensive teaching experience in Computer Science, Information Technology and Mathematics at the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. He has supervised 42 Doctoral (PhD) students, 47 Master’s students and more than 400 undergraduate students. He mentors postgraduate students and examines dissertations and theses at the aforementioned academic level. He has published over 189 peer-reviewed Journal articles and Conference papers. He is a peer reviewer for many Journals. He has also presented at workshops and symposiums. He has been invited to present keynote addresses/ Lead papers at many conferences.

Peter serves as the President of the Mandatic Humanitarian Foundation and is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Mandatic DIMEC Global. As an international conference speaker and itinerant teaching minister, he has brought his revivalist message to over 20 nations and over a thousand cities. His mission is to cultivate a community of loyal church workers, assistants, and pastors, equipping them with effective tools for ministry through his books and teachings. In addition to his ministerial roles, Peter is the Lead Instructor at the Mandate Lead-Assist Academy, a Book Ministers’ MasterClass Coach, and the convener of the One Thousand Towns Global Campaign. He also received a certificate in Higher Education Management from Harvard University (2006). Dr. Oladipupo is a certified mobile application developer and a certified IT service management professional (ITIL). He has designed, developed, and implemented computer applications for self-paced learning and distance learning as a faculty. He is a co-author of three (3) engineering textbooks in Computer-Aided Design and has published and presented his work at national conferences. He has served as a technical reviewer for the National Science Foundation (NSF), the U.S. Department of Education (DoEd), and the U.S. Department of Commerce. He has consulted for companies such as International Business Machines (IBM), Lucent Technologies, and Motorola, Inc. in the area of pervasive computing, wireless navigation systems, and mobile smart agent development. He was one of twenty-six (26) scientists and engineers selected nationwide to serve as a member of an inaugural NSF Advisory Board on Cyber infrastructure. He is a winner of the Thurgood Marshall Technology and Communications Leadership award. Dr. Oladipupo is currently serving as Professor of Engineering and the Vice President for Information Technology at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia. Prior to joining the Hampton University family, he worked at Morgan State University as the Vice President for Technology & CIO for nine (9) years and Norfolk State University, Norfolk Virginia as the inaugural Vice President for Research & Technology for seven (7) years and then as the Chief Information Officer for another four (4) years. Prior to joining Norfolk State University, he worked at Hampton University, Hampton, Virginia for thirteen (13) years where he progressed through the ranks becoming the Assistant Dean of the School of Engineering & Technology. He took a leave of absence in 2008 to serve as the Chief Technology Advisor to the Governor of Rivers State Government of Nigeria. He provided oversight on the development and design of a Science and Technology Innovation Park (Innovation Park@Rivers). This park envisioned diversification of the state’s economy from oil and gas into technology. The breadth and depth of Dr. Oladipupo’s knowledge, experience, skills and expertise endow him a unique perspective on how to create and grow a first-class program and build meaningful and sustainable relationships with others.
